In 2011, Dauvia graduated from high school and began designing her own creations at home for friends and family members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It wasn\u2019t long before her distinctive designs caught attention, leading to invitations to showcase her collections at various fashion shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From there, the demand for Dauvia Designs grew \u2014 today, women across cultures proudly wear her creations, celebrating a unique blend of elegance, strength, and cultural heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In both 2016 and 2020, Dauvia was honored to be selected by Vlisco, the prestigious Dutch design and manufacturing house of original African wax print fabrics, to create exclusive fashion collections from their latest fabric lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These collaborations marked significant milestones in her creative journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That same year, in 2016, Dauvia was awarded Best African Designer in the Netherlands \u2014 a proud recognition of her artistry and vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
